Pinocchio Theatre Trip

On Friday 8^th December, 45 students were treated to a trip to the National Theatre to see Pinocchio.  MAS is a Teach First Partner School and the trip was a thank you gesture to the academy for hosting a recent school visit. Year 7 students were selected due to their positive behaviour this year. Students were blown away by the music and the amazing special effects in the performance.  They were also great fans of the free ice cream in the interval too!  For most students it was the first time attending the theatre.  At the end of the performance, two boys commented that the final scene had nearly brought them to tears!  Everyone behaved impeccably and the Bloomberg representatives supporting the academy at the theatre said that our students stood out as the best behaved and most polite.
