Exam invigilators

£11.05 per hour, plus £1.61 holiday pay per hour – casual engagement with flexible hours.

Mulberry Academy Shoreditch, are recruiting new examination invigilators to join our existing team. Invigilators create the conditions for our students to perform at their very best in their exams. The invigilator’s role is highly regulated and training will be provided.

You will be punctual and reliable, have strong interpersonal skills and a calm, organised attitude, be a committed team player and have a good eye for detail.

Sport Centre Recreation Officer

Salary: Scale 4 (£24,705 – £26,064 Full Time)
Contract: Part time (6 hours per week), Permanent

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, outstanding Sports Centre Recreation Officer to join our outstanding Sports Centre department. The successful applicant will be able to work closely with our clients and provide an excellent service within in our Sports Centre.

As a Sports Centre Recreation Officer you will ensure the safe and effective delivery of operations within our Sports Centre.  Working alongside other members of the team, you will be consistent with the standards set out within our normal operating procedures. Part of the role will be to proactively safeguard the activities taking part in the centre and to assist in those tasks required to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the service, including the health and safety of service users.

Our occupancy and service level targets are ambitious but, for the right person, this is a great opportunity to both make a difference and be a member of successful Sports Centre Team. Your duties will involve providing a reception service where you will handle bookings, set up hire equipment, as well as cash handling and responding to customer queries.

Previous experience working in a sports centre or gym is preferred.  Most importantly, you will have a friendly disposition and a customer service orientated approach to work.  You will be well organised, proactive and be able to work without supervision.
