Connect #24 celebrates achievement and marks a new chapter across Mulberry
We are pleased to share Connect #24, the latest edition of the Mulberry Schools Trust newsletter, highlighting news and achievements from across the Trust.
This issue marks the close of one chapter and the beginning of another. We thank our Chief Executive Officer, Dr Vanessa Ogden CBE, for 20 years of dedicated service, during which she shaped the Trust by building new schools, pioneering innovative programmes and partnerships, and establishing a national reputation for excellence, inclusion and social justice. As she moves on to her next role, we wish her every success for the future.
We also warmly welcome the five East Sussex schools joining our family and are excited to work together to strengthen collaboration and create new opportunities for all our students.
This term has been full of achievement – from celebrating the graduates of Mulberry STEM Academy with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, raising money for First Give Charity, and inspiring a love of reading during National Reading Week and World Book Day. Together, these successes reflect the dedication and talent within our schools and the legacy of Vanessa’s leadership, as we continue to build a Trust where aspiration, equality and community are at the heart of everything we do.
In this issue, you will find everyday moments and bigger achievements, from student milestones to collaborative projects and trips bringing learning to life.
