Global Girl Leading

Over the past two months, we have participated in the Global Girl Leading Programme. 

We began with the Global Girl Leading conference, where we had the privilege of meeting many inspirational women. Among them were Tina Tchen, who led Public Engagement under the Obama administration, and Josefa Gonzales-Blanco, the current UK Mexican Ambassador. They shared insights into their roles and detailed the journeys that brought them to where they are today. We felt deeply inspired by their stories, as their perseverance and achievements serve as powerful motivation — not only to change our own lives but to aim to make a difference in the lives of others. We are now working on commemorating the Holocaust and ensuring the preservation of its stories. We recently met Mala Tribich who was just 14 years old when the camp she was in (Bergen-Belsen) was liberated. We were honoured to be able to listen to her story and her bravery is something we will treasure and remember for years to come. This has been an incredible opportunity, and we feel truly fortunate to be a part of it.
