Square Circle
For International Womxn’s day, 13 of our fantastic sixth formers worked with ‘Square Circle’ consultancy company. With only a few hours of training, the students planned their own Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training workshops based on their own experiences and ways in which they hope their future workplaces will understand and make space for them and their identities.
On International Womxn’s Day, Mishca, Yousra, Amal, Tracy, Saeedah, Anisa, Yusra, Jayshree, Aaliyah, Sara, Hibak, Hiba and Fadumina travelled to the Herbert Smith LLP offices to deliver their EDI workshops to different businesses on the following topics:
- Dress for success you
- Leave tokenism at the door
- Keep the faith
- Dial down social media pressure
We are extremely proud of how they using their voices for social action and how seamlessly they slotted in to such a professional environment.
