On Wednesday 24th May, twenty Year 7 and 8 students were taken on a trip to reward their hard work at the academy reading club that takes place every Thursday during lunchtimes.  The first stop was the Bank of England Museum, which all the students found very interesting.  Afterwards, they were given a tour around the Bank of England.  Finally, they visited Lloyd’s of London, where the Lloyds reader’s volunteers work.

The students thoroughly enjoyed their reward and were a credit to the academy.
