Teen Tech winners visit Buckingham Palace

On Thursday 12th October 2017 and as previously reported, six Year 11 girls were invited to Buckingham Palace to attend the Teen Tech award ceremony hosted by HRH the Duke of York and Maggie Philbin (OBE). The students presented their winning work in an extremely professional and calm way, delivering great explanations and acceptance speeches. The students revelled in the sophistication of the day, and particularly enjoyed observing the art work displayed, as well as having tea and refreshments served in royal china! The students were a true credit to the academy and numerous people commented on how wonderful they were.
