Meditation

MAS staff have teamed up to offer Mindfulness Meditation sessions for Year 11 and Sixth Form students to help them face the examination period with a sense of calm. The sessions which run at the start of the day during tutor time, will help students to foster a sense of compassion towards others, and a greater awareness of their own feelings to help support them during this busy time of year.

Over the past few weeks the trial sessions have been met with much enthusiasm and students have invited staff back to continue with the weekly practice.
