LSE Promoting Potential Programme

Following a successful application, Aaron Prescod in Year 8 has been offered a place on the London School of Economics Year 8 Promoting Potential programme.  The programme, which takes place during the Easter holidays, supports boys from African-Caribbean backgrounds to learn about student life and the subjects available at university. It aims to stimulate interest in the social sciences as well as encourage excitement and debate, support formal and informal learning and reach new audiences less engaged with higher education.

Aaron will be involved in a mix of interactive and exciting workshops, seminars and lectures covering various subject areas, and will also have the chance to meet current students and find out more about different clubs and societies they can get involved in at university.
