Senior Receptionist

Senior Receptionist

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible Senior Receptionist, who will enjoy working in close collaboration with staff, parents, visitors and students, promoting a positive image of the Academy at all times whilst delivering a professional service.

This role is integral to the smooth running of the school office and is part of a high performing, busy front of house and administrative team.

You should be extremely well organised and an advanced IT user (Word, Excel and specialist school software) you will need to collect data and maintain records. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

You need to deal with all types of enquiries, take clear messages and answer questions in a helpful, friendly and professional manner. You will naturally understand the necessity for maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

You will also possess bags of initiative, allowing you to prioritise and deal effectively with competing deadlines.

Exam invigilators

Exam invigilators
£11.88 per hour – casual engagement with flexible hours
Closing date: 12 noon, 1 February 2019
Mulberry School for Girls , Mulberry UTC and Mulberry Academy Shoreditch, all schools in Tower Hamlets, are recruiting new exam invigilators to join existing teams in each school. Invigilators create the conditions for our students to perform at their very best in their exams. The invigilator’s role is highly regulated and training will be provided.
You will be punctual and reliable, have strong interpersonal skills and a calm, organised attitude, be a committed team player and have a good eye for detail.
