Admissions Policy for Schools within the Mulberry Schools Trust

The Mulberry Schools Trust Admissions Policy has been adopted from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets ‘Determined Admissions Policy for Community Secondary Schools 2020/2021’.

The Trust has agreed to adhere to the local authority’s policy and procedures for admission arrangements for years 7-11 and pays a fee to the authority to manage the admissions process. This is for both secondary school transfer and in year admissions. The arrangements (including information regarding appeals), are published in the Local Authority’s school admissions booklet ‘Ready for Secondary School in Tower Hamlets’, which can be accessed here.

A paper copy of the booklet can be obtained from the school office or from the Local Authority’s Pupil Admissions Team on tel: 020 7364 5006.

If you live outside Tower Hamlets but wish to apply for a place at Mulberry Academy Shoreditch please apply to your home local authority who will process the application.
