Social Action at MAS provides our students with many opportunities to meaningfully engage with the world around them.  We encourage our students to create positive change within their communities, instilling the values of good citizenship.  We love receiving messages of thanks from organisations touched by our work, and we are proud to share this latest message from First Love Foundation, the charity responsible for the Tower Hamlets Foodbank:

Hope all is well with you and your amazing students and staff at MAS!

Just wanted to say again – THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊! On behalf of everyone here at First Love Foundation – what an incredible final total for your fundraising, we just received the cheque this morning and are blown away by the final total of £1877.08!! The funds raised will go straight towards supporting people facing crisis in the Tower Hamlets community…we couldn’t do the work we do without you.

Thank you again Henry, for visiting us earlier in the year… we know exam season is beginning now, but later in the year please just let us know if there are more students you would like to bring for a visit to our offices/warehouse to inspire them and show them how their hard work has helped…or perhaps we could come and speak at an assembly later in the year and say thank you in person?
