Students visit Michelin Star restaurant Locanda Locatelli
On Tuesday 20th March, five MAS students were invited to visit Michelin Star restaurant Locanda Locatelli and meet Head Chef Giovani Locatelli. The selected students toured the kitchen, as Mr Locatelli explained the purpose of each section. He stressed the importance of preparation and the need for team cohesion. Following the tour, the students got to sample Mr Locatelli’s favourite dish: Pasta & Tomato. They asked him questions about the hospitality & catering industry, and what it takes to run a successful restaurant. Mr Locatelli encouraged them to believe in themselves and fight for what they believe in, but use the support and guidance of others, who can help them to achieve their goals.
