International Week of French Language and Francophonie

On Monday 19th March, MAS celebrated the International Week of French Language and Francophonie organised by the Institut Français of London.  The event, billed as “a time to take out your bonjour and your c’est la vie, your joie de vivre and a certain je ne sais quoi”, invites French language lovers around the world  to celebrate the most romantic of Romance languages!   Twelve MAS students were invited to participate in a French improvisation workshop with the company Art Fabric and they were absolutely fantastic, showing that they could be creative artists in French!

“Yesterday was a very good workshop. We used improvisation to create entire stories based on little starters. Using this method of engaging our creative side, we were able to learn French words and made the link in our minds to different, random stories that were fun and easy to make.” Year 7 student

Bravo à toutes les personnes impliquées.
