On Saturday 28th April, 29 Year 10 students headed off to Ware, Hertfordshire to complete their Silver Duke of Edinburgh practice expedition. All students walked for five hours a day for three days carrying very heavy

Bags – an incredible achievement. The students had a lot of fun back at the camp site.  They all cooked their own dinner over a tranjia, put up their tent and told lots of ghost stories.  Sunday night and Monday we had rain all day, but thankfully this did not dampen the students’ attitude.

Thank you to the staff at MAS who supported on the trip, it was a huge success and the students had a great time.
