Creative Cook School

On Tuesday 6th November, a group of Year 8 and Year 9 students started their first day of Creative Cook School.  This amazing project will see students gain a range of kitchen skills, both at The Tab Centre and in professional kitchens and local businesses. Students will learn to express their emotions through music and work with the elderly in our community. They will work on seven key character strengths (resilience, compassion, gratitude, self-discipline, humility, optimism and unity) and gain an accreditation.

“The students were absolutely fantastic! It was amazing to see them all engaged in the kitchen and during their Youth Music creative sessions. Mehdi was star of the week as he showed extreme unity within the team.”
